Kiwi jam by Daniel Eilat, Le Roussel, 24480-Le Buisson, Perigord,france The kiwi gives itself to many a great dish in creative cuisine. In my Jam I have added mint to accentuate the fresh coolness. It will make your day start on the right foot if you take it for breakfast ( on bread and good salted butter), a spoonful of this green marvel will boost what's left of your day at work, with an ice cream or some sponge cake it will be an extra pleasure....Got any other ideas? 4 Belles of the Périgord (Chestnut & walnut jam) chestnut & walnut jam made by Daniel EILAT, le roussel, 24480- Le buisson de cadouin,Perigord, france The classic is chestnut jam, or chestnut cream. It is mixed into a kind of cream, with a very fine texture. The way i've made it is not all mixed, so you will have 3 different textures in your mouth: The creamy texture, the "crusty" walnut texture and the soft chestnut texture.  This jam will be great with anything, from crepes, through a nice pork chop to ice cream. 220 gr. 5€50
